Transforming QBase for Today's Users

QBase is part of Qlink's enterprise software platform, used to manage complex business processes and large volumes of operational data. While the platform offered extensive functionality, its interface had evolved over many years, leading to inconsistent interactions, dated visual design, and workflows that required unnecessary effort. The objective was to modernise the product without disrupting the powerful capabilities that existing users relied on, creating an experience that felt faster, clearer, and easier to navigate for both new and experienced users.

Designing a Smarter Enterprise Experience

The redesign focused on creating a cleaner visual language, streamlining user journeys, and establishing a scalable design system that could support future product growth. Navigation and information hierarchy were restructured to reduce cognitive load, while new workflows were introduced to simplify everyday tasks and improve productivity. Alongside the refreshed interface, new features were designed with AI integration in mind, enabling intelligent assistance and automation opportunities within the platform. The result is a modern enterprise experience that balances powerful functionality with an intuitive, user-focused design, providing a strong foundation for QBase's continued evolution.
